Once we are satisfied that we have found the best deal available to you, we will advise you on all aspects of the loan and then provide you with a written Key Facts illustration (KFI) showing all costs involved in obtaining your mortgage. This is an important document and we will endeavour to ensure you understand this fully before proceeding with your application.
We can generally provide you with an almost immediate decision in principle from the chosen lender and if you are then happy to proceed, we will input your full application to secure the rate. A mortgage offer will be issued by the lender in due course, subject to a satisfactory valuation on your property and you providing all the necessary documentation.
