*This will give you an idea of what your repayments may be on a Capital Repayment Basis.
The way to work out your monthly repayments on an interest only basis are;
*Multiply the amount of loan by the interest rate payable then divide this figure by 12. e.g. £100,000 x 4.20% divided by 12 = £350 p.m.
These calculators should give you a reasonably accurate idea of what your monthly repayment will be. Additional costs added to the loan need to be included to get an accurate monthly repayment. Full written details with exact figures will be on the Key Facts Illustration (KFI) that we will be provide you with prior to submitting your application to the lender.
*Interest only - requires a repayment vehicle to be in place in order to pay off your loan in full at the end of term, the full amount borrowed will remain constant throughout the term of your mortgage. Frontline do not recommend you take up this option, unless your circumstances demand a cheaper payment option for a short period of time. In the majority of cases, we recommend that you consider taking your loan on a Capital Repayment basis however you may also be offered a part interest only/part capital repayment option.
